Sold me a car that was in an accident

When buying this car i was dealing with jaco it was end 2013... a red vw scirocco bl 46 ds gp .... i specifically asked on email if the car was in an accident because i like to have this in black and white before i buy a car... the other day i took it in to remove small dents from people opening the doors into my cars and when i collected my car the man at the body shop asked me if im aware that the car was in am accident... the entire back of my car was resprayed... the paint is starting to crack and is full of \fish eyes"due to poor workmanship and i want to know how we are going to sort this out...."""
