Dear Ster-Kinekor complaints department, Please make reference to all emails sent on ref #: 29640 My whole experience with dealing with Wayne Singh has been frustrating. He ability to deal with customers is very concerning as I find his ethics are very untruthful. When I had my discussion with Wayne took place \telephonically"he said that he would like to invite \""us\"" to the new Opening of the IMAX theatre. I do not think that I would have information of any cinema launches/opening if it was not proposed and offered to me. One thing that I can state - I can continue to compliment the service that Sandton City continuously offers and provides their customer (in terms of a comparison between Sandton City and Eastgate cinema service). With no doubt Sandton City will always have my recommendation as well as the Greenstone Cinema as their staff is always friendly and helpful. Because of one man's leadership and ethics"

Disgusted by the Eddie Fouche!!!

I cannot believe the nature of service of your director Eddie Fouche!!!! I am highly disgusted by his pre-judgment on me, his filthy dirty hearted man, who has disrespected me. Is it because I am a non-white that he feels that he could place a judgement on character or assume my financial situation. Who is he is to call me a liar! After literally only having a 10-worded conversation with him!! Eddie Fouche lacks moral dignity and principles. I expect a formal apology and I will be taking this further. Who is he to make judgement on my character and financial situation by just looking at me!!! Your company should not be preaching the word of God and your very own director cannot practice and live by the values of the bible. I am client and I am human!!! Who is allowed to exercise choice to make decisions based on my options available to me by right!!! Highly disgusted by your director and values of Jefo retractable security trellis.
