False Marketing Prices and Bad customer services
On the 29th may 2024 chat to a guy from Rojan engines called Ismail afta i saw an add of the exact engine i wanted ehich was R15 500 and i sed to him i have R15 000 and i definitely need the engine i wil come Friday 4 pick up he said okay. Friday drove from pretoria to steeldale i was returned on the gate being told they going for prayer unfortunately my mechanic had other commitments we then left.. on Monday the 3rd june 2024 my mecahnic went to buy the engine he was told the engine is now R19 500 surprised 😮 he was he called i told him i evn have screen chats with guy called Ismail he sed R15 000 all of a sudden price changed to R17 500 wow like really. To cut story short Rojan push false marketing prices the engines they display on adverts is not what you will get when ypu buy.. It is not the first time they lying to us regarding the engine prices, we went last year buying a Navara engine now it went up by R5 500 more which the price was R55 500. Rojan is such a disappointment and treat customers badly with attitude and disrespect..

customer service spoke to Ashley, i wanted to cancel the insurance due to high premium but he convinced with a different perspective of premiums i was highly impressed with the response and negotiating skill so i think from tomorrow i will know whether i stay with you guys or not.. but so far honestly impressed with the services.
