Sold accident damaged car by Speedy Car Sales

On November 2014 my mother took delivery of a 2013 Audi S4 with 12000km from Speedy Care Sales - Klerksdorp worth about R600 000.00. The car was finaced through Wesbank. A week after the car was received, I noticed that the car was involved in an accident and I immediately informed the saleman (Bilal Dangor) who in turn told me that they don't sell accident damaged vehicles.I then took the car to Audi center Mbombela who then confirmed that the car might have been in in accident. Amongst other things that were picked up by Audi Centre Mbombela, was the broken fuse box inside the boot, right side of the exhaused was tight with cable tights, there were signs of cracking body filler on the right hand side, electric rear curtain of the car not closing. dust coming inside the boot, signs of resprays in and outside the boot, rubbers missing in the boot. I drove the car back to the dealership and they told me that they were not aware of this but promised that they will fix the car and it will be perfect. The car was returned to me late January and is still not perfect and Farouk refused to exchange the car.
