My Geyser was repaired under SAHL insurance claim, they sent the above company to do the repair. 7 months later the problems mentioned below have still not been rectified. After numerous calls, the company will not even supply me with the directors contact details who I feel they would rather hide behind their staff. My ceiling was damage because they did not tighten the water pipes which leaked water on the kitchen ceiling boards and their solution was to polly fill the hole and slap a coat of paint on it. Since the repair every 5-6 weeks it sounds like a freight train is running through the house and they send a person around who spends 10min fiddling and saying its repaired only to find that a few weeks later we start all over again. I never received such bad service in my life and trust that SAHL will look for a new supplier.
