I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED AT AUDI SA's LACK OF INTEREST IN MY PLEA TO RESOLVE MY AUDI Q5 CONSISTENT NEED OF REPAIRS!!! A Q5 IS A HUGE LUXURY BUY, BUT I AM DISAPPOINTED AT SO MUCH CASH WITH A BRAND THAT DOES NOT GIVE A DAM. THIS CAR HAS BEEN IN AND OUT THE UMHLANGA AUDI CENTRE FOR ENGINE PROBLEMS WHICH THEY CLAIM THEY FIX, BUT BEFORE A MONTH IS OVER I AM BACK TO SAME DEALER AGAIN FOR VERY SAME PROBLEM. AT END OF 2014, I BARELY HAD THAT CAR FOR MORE THAN A WEEK IN MY GARAGE AS IT WAS BOOKED IN MOST OF THE MONTH. I RAISED THIS WITH AUDI SA AND MOHAMMED HENDRICKS PROMISED THAT SHOULD THE CAR BE FAULTY AGAIN HE WILL PERSONALLY ASSIST ME IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK OR SWAP THE ENGINE, BUT NOW HE IS NO LONGER REPLYING TO MY EMAILS NOR IS HE TAKING MY CALLS. I HAVE ALSO RAISED THE COMPLAINTS TIMEOUSLY WITH THE UMHLANGA SERVICE MANAGER TONY, WHO ALSO AGREES THAT THIS IS NOT NORMAL FOR A CAR TO BE BOOKED IN SO OFTEN,YET DOES NOT WANT TO MAKE THE STAND TO MOTIVATE TO GET ME A SOLUTION. I AM TIRED OF PLAYING MISS NICE AT A VERY HIGH COST. I AM TAKING THIS MATTER TO EVERY PAPER AND MEDIA WHO IS WILLING TO SHARE MY STORY OUT THERE!!! AUDI SA, U SUCK!!!
