DO NOT HAVE YOUR TRAILER BUILT HERE

I ordered a custom built trailer and paid a 50% deposit for delivery on 6 March 2015 (2 weeks lead time). I was told that I would get photo's as the trailer is built. The one photo I did get showed the trailer was not built to my spec's, they were not quite sure what I wanted (as agreed upon in the beginning), but they undertook to rectify that. Today, 7 April 2015, I still have no trailer! <br> I first worked through an agent and when the trailer was 2 weeks late, I tried the owner, George Kemp. I was told the the trailer will be ready by Friday 20 March, but the Thursday prior to that, George stopped answering my calls. His last words were that they got in the axles and are finishing off. I waited until the Saturday, without any contact from him, also not answering my calls. In the next week I phoned 20 times - he chose to switch his phone off. <br> I then went back to the agent. Three times now I was told that the axles arrived and they are finishing off. Since Tue 31 April I have been asking for a written delivery date - the agent says he is getting nothing from George. This is the worst experience of business ethics in my life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BUILD YOUR TRAILER !
