I received a damaged product and logged a return. They told to pay the P&P to return it them (international: South Africa to Scotland), but what they are willing to reimburse me is barely a third of what it will cost and over 3 times the cost of the product. So I wrote a scathing review, which they refused to post, because it was about packaging. No Amazon, it was about your poor customer service.
I find it ridiculous that Woolworths won't issue me a store card despite me earning 5x more than their minimum salary requirement. <br> <br> I pay cash for most things because I don't want to run into debt and I live with my parents (sad as that is) to save money. I appreciate that I need a credit record for contracts, loan, etc. - hence me applying for the store card, What gets me is being responsible is counting against me.
