Good day I am happy with the constant update on the claim.
I have received an sms from the value added rewards and these people don't answer the call when you call the number they have listed ********** 526. Can this matter be looked at because this is fraud.
They have triple charge us for my mom's medical aid. At first she was placed under R1452.00 but then that changed after they have received the information that she not working nor receiving pension. We receive an sms saying we should pay R1012.50 to uplift the suspension on her medical aid of which I made a transfer on the banking details provided by Bonitas on the 27 March and sent the proof of payment . On the 01 April they took R1012.50 from my mom's account twice, even though on the 27 March I had spoken with the agent at the call centre and she said they wouldn't double charge her. On tuesday I sent an email and attached the relevant documents and also made two follow- up since I didn't receive feedback from the email sent. On wednesday I called again spoke to Domnic she made an assurance that the money will be deposited onto my mom's account today (Friday) of which hasn't happen, they sent an sms saying they are processing the refund onto my mom's phone on wednesday. Yesterday I received an sms saying its being done urgently. Around about 9:00 am I checked with my mom if she has received the sms from the bank informing her about the deposit and she said she hasn't.
