How does this company still exist in South Africa after numerous complaints and bad reviews. I have now also fell victim to them. I have a data sim in a router, but regularly get subscribed to content services from Akinga Vertical Service Provider. This is so ******** as this gets done to so many people, so I am sure Akinga Vertical Service Provider is making loads of money out of unsuspecting citizens. Everytime my monthly installment for LTE service spikes, I login on the website and would find that I am subscribed to several content services from this Akinga. The simcard never leaves the router and I'll never signed up to services from these ************ service providers, yet they manage to find a way of taking money from a service I've supposedly signed up to. It is ridiculous. How do they exist doing such ******** activity right before our eyes without being taken on by the authorities? It baffles me
When doing online shopping it is really disappointing that items are shown available and once the order is being sourced, certain items are then out of stock. This is really creating a very unpleasant online shopping experience. Please improve this dismal service, it is definitely not wanted. I also don't believe the refunds are correctly allocated, this poor service really creates an absolute mess. I'm a very disappointed customer.
I have been struggling for a month to get funds released back into my account. The situation feels absolutely useless. I made an online purchase with PicknPay on 28 May 2024. I went to collect the purchase on 30 May 2024, only to find that the particular PicknPay didn't have stock, the order was then cancelled. I then followed up with PicknPay as to when the funds will be returned and they issued me a letter which I need t give to my bank for the funds to be released back into my account. This was the start of my problems. Countless calls to FNB and every time getting transferred from one department to the next without me getting any closer to get my query resolved. This is so ridiculous. This morning 28 June 2024 I am now advised I need to complete a dispute claim form, which will take 5 - 7 working days to be resolved, so basically two weeks of waiting again if not more. This is cash that I desperately need back but it doesn't look like I'll get it back any time soon. I can't understand what kind of system would not pick up a transaction that's pending for this long and not any action being taken to get it resolved. The customer must call in for action to be taken and then gets transferred from one department to the next without any resolution. This is absolutely disappointing. I don't even know what to do next.
Goods are extremely well priced and Orders always delivered on time with no issues. Strongly recommend Snatcher to anyone 👌 👍
Products at great prices, delivery always within the stipulated time, never received product's that are broken or have defects, really impressed with the service
Always fast efficient service, quick delivery and flexibility to change delivery address after the purchase if so required. Of course most of all the prices and discounts are great!
I had a data contract which was to come to an end June 2022. I have given MTN notice on several occasions that I won't renew the contract. During the month of June I received notification that my contract was a promotion at R299 per month, which will come to an end and the monthly installment will increase to R1126. Again I called in notifying MTN that I'm not interested in renewing the contract and just want to go on prepaid as I've had my number for the past 20 years and don't want to lose it. My contract ran from the 17th to the 17th of each month when the data for the next month will be loaded. I get billed end of the month and End June I was billed the regular R299. In my mind I took the matter as settled. In July I got billed the R1126. I let it slide being lazy to follow up with MTN having come accustomed to their poor service of being sent you from one person to the next. August I again got billed the R1126. I then blocked the payment and called in to enquire why I'm still getting billed, since I was no longer receiving any data from MTN and was supposed to be on prepaid. I was told to rather make payment as I'll get blacklisted. I then laid a complaint with MTN and only received the automated message I'll be assisted within 48 hours. I never received any phonecall from MTN regarding my complaint. I made the payment fearing to get blacklisted. I went into the store in September and on the system it shows my account is in a credit and MTN owes me the R1126 and that my SIM is indeed on prepaid, no longer on contract. Surprise surprise end of September I got billed again. It's like someone has forgotten to stop my account and remove the debit order. I don't know what else to do to get this sorted. I'll definitely port my number once this mess is sorted as I want to get as far away from MTN as possible. The service sucks big time and I don't see it getting any better, so best I remove myself from such a stressful situation.
Always a dream to Shop on Snatcher, they always seem to have stock, very useful items sold and the most affordable prices and on top of that there's continuous promotions allowing one to save even more. I'm not sure how Snatcher makes a profit selling everything at Rock bottom prices. I'll recommend Snatcher to anyone, your loss if you don't try out the online shop
Seamless ordering process and my order was delivered sooner than expected
Always receive good service but was very unimpressed with my last order, the 10 in 1 flip pillow that looks nothing like what's advertised. Snatcher should better vet the sellers for one not to have this unpleasant experience. Definitely seriously disappointed with this last order
