Bad n dry food

false benefits
I was retrenched in December and contacted American Swiss via email and spoke to them on the phone explaining my situation. As a club member which states in the club magazine, I am entitled to some sort of cover for retirement, but I hav been told that I'm not covered for that, so what it shows and what I hav been paying for for so long is all a lie?I feel like I am being harased by calls and sms for payment when I'm out of work. I have a family to support and with the money I got from unemployment fund isn't enough to run my house let alone pay you guys. Getting rude calls don't help.only 2 ladys were compassionate and friendly but they still say I'm not covered although I was paying club fees for years.There's more but too less space to go on here.very disgusting especially when a person is down and out.
