I booked a flight on the 19/10/2015 on the flymango website, it did not give me a reference number, however funds were deducted in my account. I went to their offices and did not get any joy. Did not travel that day and had to come back the next day. The following day, i had to pay another amount in order for me to travel with my kids. I missed work that day and still the issue was not resolved. Today is the 23/10/2015 refund has not been done and no one is getting back to me with my money. I am being sent from pillar to post. R1350.72 plus an additional R1910 might be small waters to the company, but for me that is a lot of money that I can not just let go. Mango Airline should give me feedback as to when they will pay back my money. I spoke to Zizipho PE office and emails sent to mango refund as well as Rashequa Gabriels. Can someone get back to me with my refund?
I have sent an email to Kitchen Bar design quarter in sandton 2 weeks ago enquiring about a booking. Till date i have not received and feedback, I tried calling them everyday with the number provided on their website, all it does is just ring with no answer. All I am requesting is feedback to availability of the restaurant for a specific date, and how many people it will be able to accommodate. I don't think I am asking for too much, just a response.<br> <br> The contact number on record, please do update as well.
