Glassmen Retreat provide perfect solution to obscure problem.
I have visited Glassmen in Retreat a few times for normal things like mirrors and a broken window or two. Their service, workmanship and products have always been top class. This should be expected from all companies providing glass and mirrors. What impresses me most is their ability to fashion non-normal things from glass and mirrors. I rebuild classic sportscars as a hobby. My current project needed new rear view mirror glass (two layers) and glass for a rev counter gauge. I could buy a new mirror online (expensive and time consuming), but the gauge was impossible. Glassmen in Retreat were able to make the glass and mirror I needed. I gave them templates and they made all three pieces perfectly, quickly, and they fitted first time with no need for shaping. They must have artists working there as the pieces really are beautiful. Even the hole drilled through the glass was perfect. The person working in reception really knows the industry and was able to advise me on what thickness of glass to use and knew the challenges I had faced. She had clearly done this before. I will be using them again.

The Electric Fence Guys
I am impressed. This is the fourth (and final) company we will use for our electric fence and security needs. The previous companies have all cut corners through poor workmanship or bad quality equipment, placing my family at risk. The electric Fence Guys installed an excellent system (that doesn't break down or cause annoying issues) a few years ago. The system has needed routine maintenance now and again, but not replacement, and the company has provided practical advice to solve annoying issues we've had in the past. Their solution to protecting our sliding gate is particularly impressive as they are the first group to fit something that works. Their installation team is quick, efficient, knowledgeable and gets on with the job. I was also impressed with how neatly they work. This is nothing compared to their after sales service. They have come to our house over weekends to perform repairs after power surges damaged our system. They have provided practical advice to our electrician who was able to improve the electricity supply and protection for our control box. Most impressive however isn't what they did, but how they did it. They are always there when we need them, they are friendly, and extremely efficient.

The Capita; Mirage Hotel Cape Town
I have lived in hotels for a large part of the last ten years. I took my wife to this hotel so we could spend time away from the daily grind. It is hard to find a hotel that can offer such perfectly balanced and sincere service. Everyone, from the first contact security guard at the parking garage, to the reception staff at checkout predicted what we would need and provided the best service I've ever received at any hotel anywhere. Hospitality staff can be annoying with false smiles and patronizing attitude. The staff at Mirage were kind, helpful, knowledgeable about services in their area, and most importantly knew when to offer assistance and when to give us our space. We had freedom to move as we pleased (within Covid-19 rules), yet someone was always there should we need advice or directions or help with anything. The hotel is situated very close to the CBD so there is the usual city noise, but the large glass doors isolated us from the sounds, and the convenient location was fantastic. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with the hotel and I will gladly stay there again.

Excellent service all round
We have just installed a swimming pool. We took three quotes. Advance pools were not the most expensive.<br> <br> From first contact it was a pleasure dealing with this company. They were sure we were happy with the design before they began work. All the legalities were dealt with. All of our queries were answered timeously and with enough detail to put our minds at ease. Everyone, from the company owner through to the laborers, were courteous and considerate. The finished result looks great and works perfectly.<br> <br> What impressed me most was that we were given a timeline before the job began. That timeline was followed meticulously and the pool was finished on time with no fuss. Even their sub-contractors (pavers and electricians) stuck to the timeline and seemed to dovetail nicely with the continuing work.<br> <br> Our friends who have also had pools installed can't believe that the job was finished so quickly and with such little fuss. Added to this the job-site was cleaned up beautifully before they left.<br> <br> I am very impressed with their quality of work, punctuality and service and would recommend them to anyone wanting to install a swimming pool.
