Complaint - Crime Stop

Good day<br> <br> I have just moved into a new residence, one of your employees came out to have a look if everything was working fine before I sign a contract with crime stop.<br> <br> I asked him to please make sure when the battery was replaced, apparently I need to pay a call out if the battery fails, so I told him I just moved in and the house is fitted with one for your systems so I'm not going to pay for a call out if the battery fails, I don't know when the battery was replaced, he said he'll came back to me .... <br> <br> I asked him to set the system, in the night only our main bedroom must be bypassed, so he plugged in everything in his laptop and said everything is fine and set as requested.<br> We test the system one night and all 3 bedrooms as well as the passage was bypassed - not as requested - he never came back to me regarding the battery!!<br> Last night we had load shedding and when I opened our front door the alarm was off - due to no power - so that tells me that the battery isn't fine ...<br> <br> I thought crime stop stands out ... but after this I will never recommend crime stop to anyone ever again !!!<br> <br>
