I bought a car five month a go but still no here

I saw car at OLX side I called the guy to fined out about it,I talked to a guy by the name of Kareem G5,I said I want that car but I don't have that R38,000 I have R35,000,he said he's gona call me back cos he must talked to his boss first,yes he called me he said his boss he said I must send deposit up front cos they gonna deliver the car,I transfer that deposit,he said OK my car is on the way but the day the car must be with me he called me in the morning and said to me the traffic cop stops the truck and give every car a fine of R7000 each so I must transfer that money if I want my car.that's where problems started,I said to him OK if U don't deliver a bring back my money,he said I must come to them and fetch a car myself,I said to him I'm not going to do that. He said OK he's going to deliver the car but believe me no car yet here,so I'm asking U hellopeter to please help me to get a car or my money back please,the name of a car is Golf four VR32 silver in couler...
