Most probably the worst company to deal with. Their service is shocking. Tried to communicate with salesman. He doesn’t open WhatsApp or answer telephone calls. Brand new and expensive system installed. We moved from Gauteng to Mosselbay 3 weeks ago. Alarm out of order. Phoned ADT in George and the lady told me that they are closed on weekends. Can you believe a security company do not work on weekends. They will only ask a technician to contact me on Monday. Last night we spend almost 90 minutes with a technical guy from Cape Town and he eventually told us our alarm is faulty and they will contact us this morning. After about 4 calls from a technician this morning we were cut off every time and he never tried to phone back . On Monday I will ask them to remove the alarm system. Probably the most frustrating and pathetic company to deal with. Besides the current problem we have been communicating with them from Gauteng and after the alarm was installed they started to ignore our complaints.
Bought a Whirlpool 90cm oven from them on 11/4/2022. Delivery with broken cardboard 2 dents on top of oven. When installed by eletrician it tripped our electricity. After 2,5 hours of searching where the fault is we found loose wires causing a short inside the oven. Took photos and send to Moses from Home Hyper. Dit not have the courtesy to call me back. Eventually the electrician fixed the loose wiring and I had to pay him R950. There were also *****s missing at the back of the oven. Phoned Ahmed at Home Hyper and claimed back R950. Never phoned back but Moses phoned and said there is nothing that he can do as I should have contacted them and they would of contacted Whirlpool to come out. The fact is he wouldn’t phone me on the day and we needed the oven to work. He is not interested to refund anything
<p>I bought a POC Optimizer & Geyser Scheduler on 3/9/2015 from GC - International. This product was heavily advertised on Kyknet Groot Ontbyt as well as on Ontbytsake. Suppose to save up to 40% on your electricity bill. Absolute scam and no joy when you contact their office. Michael Daely is a conman. Paid R15 500 for nothing. Only found out now when an electrician pointed out to me that this is a scam when he saw the poor installation at my DB board.</p> <p>I am determined to get my money back from these gangsters.</p>
Our household have been buying Danone plain yoghurt for years and we each have one 175ml per day. We buy in bulk ( 10-15 ) at a time. The last two batches BB 27/4/15 and 7/5/15 we had to dump, as the quality is unacceptable. The product is not smooth anymore but comes out in a \blob"like a set yoghurt with water on top.It seems that there is too much stabilisers or gelatin in the product. We bought product from Checkers Hyper"
