Worst service ever!!!

We phoned the company for a breakdown on one of our trucks on Thursday. The truck stood just outside Robertson 50km from Tony's truck centre. We paid the deposit at 18h15 and they told us they will sent someone immediately. They eventually pitched just before 00h00. We kept calling them to find out where they were, and everytime the same answer, almost there.<br> When they replaced the part, they demanded the rest of the payment witch is fine but we could only do the payment the following day. The driver had to go with them to there workshop, where they then locked the truck inside and the driver could not even sleep in the truck. After the payment was done the next morning, they refused to let the truck go unless the payment showed in their account. We send them the prove of payment as we could not do an immediate payment on a public holiday. They still refused. They only released the truck the following day. When we asked for the damaged part, they told us that the part is still somewhere on the mechanic's bakkie and he was out of town. So how could we know if the part was really faulty!!<br> We will never ever use this company again!!!
