What a pleasure doing business with this branch of Biggie Best! Firstly they are so friendly and helpful, I was pleasantly surprised. I'm staying in Pretoria and ordered a couch from Sofaworx in Cape Town. I needed some fabric from Biggie Best and phone the branch in Durbanville. As it is Biggie Best's policy to deliver by post and I needed the fabric to be delivered at the factory of Sofaworx it was a bit of a problem to me. Biggie Best tried their best to arrange that for me and when they could not, Alet offered for the fabric to be delivered at their branch and then she will take it to the factory herself. Thanks Biggie Best and especially Alet for going that extra mile!
