Update from my last post:<br> Post my attorney getting involved, we have him on record acknowledging he promised guarantees and reneged on this. Furthermore once his 'advisor' took one look at the work, he convinced him it was all remedial work and despite Kevin then giving us a schedule in writing outlining all the remedial work required, which encompassed virtually every item of the installation, including pool motor and electricals, tiling, blocking my drain, Jacuzzi functionality, cladding and decking, he has continued to break promises and show his incompetence at every turn. Despite 3 attempts to fix the motor he has failed to sort it out, the last time abruptly leaving the site without explanation and we are yet to hear from him, nearly a week later. Oh and I see, like some of his other unhappy customers, I also got a myriad of stories blaming his employees, and personal crises as to why things haven't happened. Legal action is being taken.
Far and away the worst workmanship I have ever seen. Kevin had to be told that skew decking, non grouted cladding, abnormal tile lines etc were not ok and even acknowledged how shoddy the workmanship was.Despite my infinite patience with redos which should never have been needed in first place and outstanding items (acknowledged in writing) I felt sorry for him and made full and final payment based on false promises to deliver guarantees which are legally mine (even lying about why there was a delay). They ducked and dived and then suddenly he and his partner Natalie pulled out a new account (for work done before the previous invoice for 'full and final payment' which has been paid and are withholding guarantees as blackmail. Moreover he blocked a drain with part of the structure and despite promising to meet my builder, also ducked and dived , reneging on his promises. Legal action is being taken. AVOID Foxy pools at all cost they have poor workmanship, renage on promises and are totally unethical financially.
