On 28 Dec I took 8 chair covers to be washed. Staff were most unhelpful and insisted I use 3 machines I agreed as the items were heavily soiled. The lady then set the machine to quick wash I needed a longer wash but she said its the only program they use. On return after the 27 Min cycle the covers were still durty now just wet. After complaining the gentlemen who was surfing the net all along said we needed the big machine but it was expensive ... R20 per cover. I just spent over R80 to leave with wet durty covers and would rather have paid more if this option was given to me on arrival. This was a waste of time and money the worst was the rolling of eyes etc. And to he scrugged off in the end. Not even the senior person is bothered about service in this store and insists they are the only self service laundromat in town. You do not get the opportunity to set the machine yourself they only allow quick wash even when the machine has other settings. So no point at all! Going there my machine at home seems to be my last resort.
Ive been with Autopage for 14 years. My house hold have 3 lines spending and average of R3000 a month, do the math ... I had my Black Berry since '12 that needs replacing as it crashes all the time. The last 3 weeks has been a comedy of errors. Week 1 @ Vodaworld to upgrade, the 1 line was upgraded,I needed to wait for the Samsung until stock arrived.Then a call centre called with a \better offer""; I arranged collection that Sunday. Tried to phone on the day; no answer; on arrival they had no stock! I live an hour away! He tried calling Clearwater for stock but got No Answer. What is the point of platinum status? I opted to move my business to Vodacom as I was desperate for a new device. No attempt was made to keep my account. Vodacom gave me a better deal as an unknown; but a week later Autopage has not approved my number port so still NO phone! This after calling customer service on Monday; Tsoko said it would take 24 hours. Phoned again today David told to phone Monday when that dept works. I asked for manager; held for a long time and told she will phone back in 10-20 min;3 hours ago ..."""
