I am tired of fighting now. I am so exhausted of trying to sort out a small issue with VUMATEL/Supersonic. I just need my account activated. First of all, it is damn near impossible to get hold of either of them. When you call Supersonic you will hold forever on the line just listening to music and a voice recording telling you to either leave a message to be called back or go to the Whatsapp line. You leave a message you don't get a call back. You go to Whatsapp, follow the prompts and the last message is "we are going to pass you on to our skilled agents to assist you momentarily" then that's it. If you are lucky you will get a response after a day or so. I have also tried reaching out on their Twitter page and Direct messages. They reply a day later and because I didn't see their response they say I took long to respond so they assume my query was resolved and then close the query. I don't stay on Twitter minute after minute. I have work to do. The three people I spoke to have all told me different things that lead up to the part where the account should be activated. I was told my query was escalated to Vuma to activate. I was then told it was activated I'm gonna receive a new password from Vuma. I am still waiting. I repeat I am tired of the run around you give us. We have work to do and we need connectivity (I'm sure you've heard this a thousand times before). I truly hope you will get competitors that actually care for the paying customer. Your processes are a huge mess.
I also think this is a scam. I placed an order for their power monster and solar panel on the 16th Aug and I waited forever. I kept sending whatsapp messages their number 0838233272 to check on when I will receive my order. When they finally responded they told me that I will receive it soon. Days went by, nothing. When I reached out to them again I was told they are out of stock and that their supplier will deliver directly to me. When I checked the link they gave me to trace my order I was shocked that the products are coming from China and that the estimated delivery date is in October. On the 6th of September I wrote a review of my experience on their website and when I submitted it, it said "Your review is awaiting approval". Needless to say it wasn't approved because it never appeared. I wrote another one to complain about their lack of ethics and still, nothing. It made sense why all the reviews on their website were excellent. Either they were fake or they only approved good reviews. Now the website is down. I am still waiting for my order, I am not holding my breath. I think my money is gone. So whoever is thinking of buying from these guys, please be careful.
I bought the Welkom Yizani shares back in October 2006 and I am still in the dark regarding my shares. Recently I have been trying to find out what is happening and I was told they cannot find my details and I must send proof of payment, which I did. I had to wait for them to come back to me of which they didn't. When I called them again they told me the same story that they cannot pick my details up from their system and that I must send the form I filled out when I was buying the shares. I sent the form and again they kept quiet. To cut a long story short, I have been trying to know what is happening regarding these shares from the 23rd January 2015 till today and all I am told is to send one document after another. I have sent many emails. I get a promise that someone will get back to me and nothing happens. What frustrates even more is that everytime I call I have to relate the story over and over again. This is horrible service, I wonder how many other people who bought the shares are going through the same run around.
