Cancelling of contract-Altech Autopage
Call Altech Autopage Midrand Call centre to cancel my contract with them. The lady in the call centre give me a settlement amount on the 27/02/2015 when I ask her if this is the final bill she confirm it is Send an email to [Email Removed] with my request to cancel Payment made on the 27 February 2015 send payment notification to them to cancel my contract.Received a mail on the 27 Feb 2015 request received and they will respond in 7 day's.My new pre-paid contract with Vodacom start the 1 March 2015.Not using Autopage al all I receive a bill on the 25 March 2015 for R 444.28.I visit the Altech Autopage outlet in Menlyn Pretoria several time to sort this thing out dates 16 March 2015 confirmation no payment is necessary assigned person Lerato Sello on Autopage system my status show CLOSED.Menlyn outlet Jason Follow up again 07 April 2015 status still show closed again they confirm I don't own Altech Autopage any money responsible person Parvashnee Munien.Phone Altech Midrand on the 10 April 2015 to follow up the Call centre consultant can't of don's want to help me at all.I did not receive any feedback from anyone at Altech Autopage NO PHONE CALL and EMAILS OR LETTER I
