Great Service
<p>This is a total valid rating which is well deserved by Louis Boshoff, Petra and the team @ Holiday Information Center. After a terrible experience with Cam Properties in Shelly Beach regarding a holiday reservation, I was sent to Petra and was treated professionally and received all applicable information in an envelope. The unit I was allocated to, was clean up to standard and exactly what I asked for in my initial booking through LekkeSlaap website. I can in all honesty refer any person to this company as you will not be disappointed. <br />Elsa.</p>

Don't spoil your holiday
<p><br />Unfortunately there is no option of a minus 10 on the star rating above. My experience with this company was that they are a bunch of totally unprofessional agents. My initial booking was a double booking so I was sent to Ramsgate Palms with no formal booking documents and had to negotiate with a security guard about which unit was actually available and was sent to such a dirty and low class unit that I refused to stay there. Vincent the agent did not even came back to me help me with another unit. Please if I can advice anybody, don't spoil your holiday STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR AGENTS!!!!!!! <br />Elsa - booking done through LekkeSlaap.</p>
