I had after much delay (3months) had finally received my international package, this however when opened did not have the contents. The item had been stolen, however the empty packaging had been delivered, late.<br> <br> The report to investigate had been sent through to both the Royal Mail and the South African post office (20APRIL2015). The Royal Mail has come back saying they have not found an issue on their side (which was expected as the seal was broken post International Signed and registered seal) and that they can not find my complaint and request to investigate on the South African Post Office side.<br> <br> I have tried to call the Investigations office and the Wits branch, however the numbers
I have experienced the same problem with these suppliers/repairs.<br> <br> I had a motor hit with a power surge which my insurance would have paid for if I had the entire garage completely fixed and a write up that the motor board had been fried due to a power surge however Dave, his wife (Marinda) answered the calls and even my e-mails have been ignored along with the numerous numbers I had saved for them.<br> <br> This really is terrible workmanship and I now too sit with a (still) broken garage less more than 5K. :( And without the report on the motherboard of the motor being fried, Insurance will not pay either.<br> <br> If either Dave or read this, All I want is that report so I can get insurance to pay out the amount I lost due to accepting your work - this is not only a poor moral issue it is now a safety issue to my family.
