refusal to refund client for more than 4 months

on the 09th of January we deposited for a rental room, we agreed with Ms edelweiss that she will hand over the room keys the following day. On the following day as per agreement we drove for more than 200ks to meet her however on our arrival she did not showup and told us she is busy. <br> <br> we also wanted to tell her that we wont be taking the room anymore due to unforeseen circumstance and as such over the phone she promised to see to it that we will be paid. on several occasions she asked for our accounts and never deposited the money.<br> <br> lately she could not even respond to our messages nor pick up our calls. as for that R4290.00 paid to their offices we did not receive even a single cent<br> I went to their offices more than once however the respective lady claimed to be busy at all material times<br> <br> hoping the above is in order<br> <br> regards
