DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Save yourself the stress and the turmoil. They do not know what they are doing and will destroy your car. It is a business run by a dishonest man that will turn around and blame you when they damage your car and bring it in worse condition than what you took it as. My car had one minor issue where my performance was not at full speed and they brought it back with more problems including stop and start problems that were never there, this after I paid them over R12 000 and gave them three opportunities to fix the problem. They brought it back worse every time and it eventually broke down and caused me an accident because they clearly touched parts in the engine they were not meant to and caused damage. Then they refuse to give you a refund and keep wanting you to give them your car so they can keep damaging it and maybe stealing parts from it. They took advantage of me as a woman who was communicating with them directly and the owner Rhulani Mkhonto is pathological liar who tried to make up unbelievable stories to evade accountability when I eventually asked my husband to speak to him because I was pregnant and this really caused me stress and that along with the accident occasioned by their damage to my car really put me at risk of miscarriage. There is a similar review on the business and the owner clearly indicating a pattern of behaviour on his part which I missed because their operating name is not consistent. I wish I saw this earlier - if you see this, please listen.
My mother was depositing money in an ATM to my account on Saturday 30 May and there was a cash jam my mother got a slip saying cash jam & deposit did not go through. I called & laid a complaint same day and was told the money would be in my account on 2 June.

On 1 June my mother went to the bank to check progress and they said all was fine I will be paid by 2 June. On morning of 2 June I called and they said the money would be in by end of business day on 2 June. Nothing came through.

Today 3 June I went to the bank to check now they say they need to log the claim again and I should be paid by 10 June. This is my rent money and it was due on the first of June. I have already received a warning saying if I don't pay by the end of today I have 20 days to move out. I showed this letter to the lady at the branch, I have been told to just wait for a call indefinitely.

I checked 3 times and Standard Bank didn't say anything was wrong with query now all of a sudden it must be re-logged & I must get evicted and wait for 7 more days. Standard Bank does not seem to care about any of this or realise the grave impact of their bad service and slowness on me as a customer.
