My Aunt have a water purifier that she bought at Forever Pure Water many years ago. The arrangement was she paid at end of month after the service. Then Forever Pure Water send a Adriaan out to service the purifier. He then demand the cash with a bad attitude and become very rude with my aunt. She Said she will go to the bank and get the money. <br> <br> I went to the owner Kobus Wiese and report the whole scene. Kobus never apologize once for the employee bad and rude attitude. He only lay claim on people that did not pay him. I ask is it right to be rude with and disabled elder women, No but people don't pay cash! I ask him to show me once where my aunt pay late or skipped a payment he did not even answer me on that. Then at the end he said the problem is that it was cash only! <br> <br> His(KOBUS) employees represent the company and their owner. Please re consider to do business with Forever Pure WATER AND KOBUS because its only about the money. There are allot of private guys who is cheaper and want to do a decent job<br> <br> Kobus it was a small word called \SORRY"i was looking for and a apology towards my aunt who support you for years.
