Exceptional Service – The Gold Standard in Insurance!
Naked Insurance has completely redefined what an insurance company should be. After dealing with multiple insurers in the past, I can confidently say that Naked's processes are by far the most painless, efficient, and transparent I've ever experienced. I recently had to file a claim, and to my surprise, the entire process was quick, hassle-free, and handled with absolute professionalism. No endless paperwork, no frustrating back-and-forths—just seamless service that puts the customer first. I genuinely wish other insurance companies would take a page out of Naked’s book. They’ve set a new benchmark for the industry, proving that insurance can be simple, fair, and stress-free. Without a doubt, one of the best companies I’ve dealt with in South Africa! +- 10 year old Account hacked, Riot doesnt care
The title says it all, I don't post much on Redditdon't, but I don't know where to go anymore. I have sent through all the details I can remember, INCLUDING bank statements, all email confirmations on RP purchases and a photo of my bank card with in-game name and email just to prove it's my account. All that I'm told is there is not enough info, and I can try and send more information to help. Aside from the usual questions, how else can I prove it's my account? The guy that hacked my account already tried to use the saved credit card on there, luckily n moved all the money out as soon as I saw I couldn't log on anymore. The best thing about all of this is how someone logged into my account and changed the linked email, without any confirmation on my email. No one else has my login details and I have not signed into any funny sites with my league details. Paying thousands for not even going to the gym
on the 28th of Feb 2015 my sister and i went in, sat down with a guy by the name of fortune to find out what to do to be able to join at the end of March (I got a new job and would only have money by 25 March). Fortune told me that if i join in Feb that i will not have to pay a joining fee and that the debit order will only go off at the end of March after i get paid.I also asked him if i would be able to switch to discovery as it will get activated on the 1st of April and he said that it is no problem. So we went home. A week or two later i get a call that my account is in arrears. Looking at my bank statements i see the debit order went off on the 2nd of March and the payment did not go through as i did not have money in my account. After numerous times going back to the gym and getting promised it will be sorted, the march debit order went through but april bounced because i just had enough money for 1 month at a time. Now i find out that i need to pay another ridiculous fee just to move over to discovery. I Froze my account for may and June and payed all the money i owed on 26 may. Today i got a call again that my account is in arrears. I only went to gym for the month of March
