Friendly, fast, cheap and great service. Thanks to Annel for the assistance and great customer service. The process was quick and simple and delivery happened same day within Johannesburg. The price was the cheapest I found online and the quality is great. Thanks and would definitely recommend.
As was stated in my previous report, I was unable to withdraw funds from said site. <br> After being contacted via telephone and email, I am pleased to say the customer service received was well above average.<br> A customer relations manager contacted me and began explaining the processes as used by the company. In his communication, he lighted a few points, as below:<br> Payments are made via the same means as deposits (Card or EFT).<br> A sufficient relationship with customers (3-6 months) needs to be built before payments can be made via other means.<br> Banks do commonly reject payments back to cards due to unknown reasons. <br> And finally, to quote directly \we are subject to a number of extraneous systems and processes which can impact our customers, and their view of us\".<br> I am pleased to say that my payment request has subsequently been successfully paid out and received. I look forward to a new prosperous relationship with Sportingbet and have advised for them to inform customers of these issues.<br> Thanks."

After I accumulated a decent amount winnings, I tried to withdraw my funds, naturally. <br> After four withdrawal attempts, and numerous stories, I had no choice but to initiate legal proceedings with the small claims court. <br> Each and every time I tried to withdraw funds I got told for \security reasons\" they had to have more documentation, or that I could not withdraw in one way, but the other, or that it was approved, but the funds were redeposited into their online account. <br> They employ silly delay tactics in the hopes that you will give up the fight and allow them to steal your money from you. <br> I truly hope no one else gets involved with this company and does research on them prior to creating an account. <br> Never give up the fight for what belongs to you. <br> Good luck."
So another month has come and gone and yet my parcel has not come. I ordered an item from the USA (tracking number LN262148642US) on the 2nd of April 2015 and the SA Post Office has sill not delivered my parcel. It is nearly FIVE months now and all they can say is it is not on their system and I have to contact the sender to lodge a search for it. Contacting the seller helps naught as the parcel is in South Africa, where they have no control. We should not have to pay the SA Post Office anything when collecting items they cannot deliver on time. So much for their completely untrue slogan of \We deliver whatever it takes". I do not see any deliveries happening! Why do we still have a Post Office? It has already been run into the ground. Just sell it to a private company so we can actually have our parcels delivered."""

Where to begin? <br> <br> I bought two items from the US and one from Hong Kong and none have arrived. Order LN262148642US I placed on April 2 2015 and I would like to know where it is. The other two orders did not have tracking numbers with them, and were placed on March the 3 and 24 2015 and are also nowhere to be found. When I call or visit the branch I simply get told it has not arrived as yet, with no other information given. Are the items lost? Have they been stolen? Or will they just simply never arrive? This is truly unacceptable. Either find my items and deliver them or reimburse me for my costs.
