My BMW experience RUINED
I booked my car in for repairs @ Club Motors Repair Center in Randburg on the 5th of May 2015 and when I asked how long it will take I was told that it would take 12 to 15 working days to complete the repairs - the 15th day being the 22nd of May. After being informed of the duration I went on to book car rental for 15 days to ensure that I could still get to work whilst my car was being repaired. <br> A day before I was meant to collect my car I got a text from the repairers telling me that more parts had to be ordered and they were waiting for approval from my insurer. Long story short, every week since then I would be told I could collect my car 4-5 days later and every week, on the day I was told I could get my car I'd get told that they had to order parts and they were still waiting for delivery but guaranteed I'd get my car back 4-5 days from the day of the call. <br> It has been 44 FULL days, I still have no news on my car. I had to extend my car rental every week until my contract ended after 30 days, now I'm forced to take taxis or walk to get around because they refused to give me a courtesy car. I'm VERY disappointed BMW. My BMW experience has been RUINED! I EXPECTED BETTER!
