Called into the C-track call center, didn't have to wait very long, Tristan was helpful and fast he had a solution to my problem and had it sorted out for me, he then followed to see if the problem was sorted out.<br> Thank you for the help.

I bought a concrete wash-trough,Firstly they didn't have stock, then they offered me a broken one, Then when i called the number on my slip :0860-008-901, For help i got redirected 4 times by sulky and rude operators on the last redirect i had the phone put down in my ear. when i phoned again. the same thing happened redirect after redirect. eventually I get helped by a poor soul who has to deal with a really pissed off client. This is not on. how do you expect people to respect your company when your call center and store staff cant show the slightest effort to help a client?
