Refuse To Follow Up
I went for an operation last year and naturally there is a team of doctors on duty namely the one above Dr CC van Dyk. I was in recovery for 6 weeks before I returned to work and during that time received some outstanding accounts that my medical aid did not pay in full which I then submitted for payment to my Gap Cover which I obtain on a personal basis in order to cover the short fall. Now the mystery remains as to all the other accounts received could READ my e-mail address and thus send me the outstanding account via my e-mail, however the above listed doctor's accounts department could not.????? Yes i received a phone call but how does one return a call on a Private Listed number ??? So naturally nothing was received and on that note nothing can be submitted for payment as my gap Cover will only pay on submission of a DOCUMENT RECEIVED. No follow up was done to make sure that I received my account so naturally they left it to fall behind only to hand me over. The very arrogant staff at the above listed doctor refuse to take responsibility for lack of doing their job and place the blame soly on me. VERY disappointed I must say, training is needed and so is telephone manner

Tax Relax Scam
I so called join with Tax Relax a few years ago thinking that all my Tax problems were out the window only to find out that they are charging me way to much for the little work that they do AND that the contract presented to me is illegal, I am investigating further. They don't respond and they don't talk over the phone , I have tried to cancel with them and they had such an issue when as a paying tax person I can collect my file at any given time and walk away which they are not allowing.
