I would like to appreciate consultants such as Shamaine in retention department for her assistance in what was suppose to be a cancelation process which turned out to being a huge saving on my pocket and still remaining a happy client that I've been. She was patient enough to go through the different options and compare benefits to ensure that I still get the best cover despite the changes. Job well done!
I was assisted by an agent Sinoduduzo who was very enthusiastic and helpful assisted me with elaborating on how do I submit a claim she did everything while I was on a call with her. Ensured that I received email with claim form attached. I must say ashe made up from the poor service I received earlier where by an agent took my details and never called back
Very disappointed with the service I received from Vumatel and supersonic. Logged a technical query with them last week Wednesday and still it has not been resolved . I follow up daily only to be told that ISP has been escalated the 24hrs to 72hrs SLA turned to 5day SLA. I am still waiting for query to be resolved
For the past 4 weeks the community of Dobsonville kopanong has had a faulty electricity box. Complaints have been made but I guess they fell on deaf ears or ignorant employees of Eskom. The only response after calls were made and dozens of reference collected we've had no team that has come and assessed the problem. The only thing we ask for is something to be done to stabilize the box from tripping every day for more then 8hours. It is unfair for those with pre paid meters to be going through this. We've been asking for service patiently and now we have reached a point where we demand service delivery from Eskom
