WORSE WEDDING SERVICES EVER AT THE CRYSTAL ROOM
Had a wedding organized there this past week. The day before when I noticed that the table placement was way off and was blocking the entrance meant for the bridal party, I requested that they moved the tables around. Amber-Rose the venue manager came in with an attitude and first refused to help even though the bride had given specific instructions; she continued giving us attitude the whole time we were there and made it clear she wasn’t interested in assisting us. The staff is not friendly at all and we had to chase after them to get help. The Crystal room carpet is dirty and could use some deep cleaning. The chairs provided for the blessing ceremony were filthy and I caught another staff member , Willie, telling other staff that I was complaining about it. The services we got for the money we paid is ridiculous. Worse experience ever, will never recommend this place ever.

Mr Mazibulo Myo helped me get insurance on my pet and was very polite and helpful. He did not rush through or drag the call unnecessarily and gave clear comprehensible information on the particular cover I was interested in. I am highly satisfied with the service he provided.
