I placed an order online on Friday, the money was taken and collection order received on Saturday i was called to say it was a mistake and that's not the price and they will not be honoring their adverti*****t. My order got canceled and a refund was processed. Further to that i was lied to 3 times by the store manager at rosebank, he first advised that game stores does not have stock country wide, i was then told head office canceled my order and lastly that every single manager/regional manager is on leave Further to that I was told by the same manager that if i saw the price was incorrect i should have told them and not place my order. Wow what great customer service, i see this happen on a daily basis and other shops honour what the customer has paid for.
Went to Dynamic vision optometrist in clearwater mall. The optometrist is amazing however the staffs customer service sucks they lied about medial aid coverage we agreed on a payment plan and today i get a call to advise me that i need to pay yet no statement or remind was sent. I was told and i quote "JUST PAY YOUR ACCOUNT" when i asked about the reminders the lady said she will now call me everyday lile seriously im disgusted by this service and i will never be using dynamic vision again. I now have a bill of over 3000+ since I was given false information and further more i was told well you should know your medical aid plan like seriously is it not your job to explain to the customer!!
My husband has a pending query with takelot for 3 weeks already. He has spent almost 150m minutes on calls with the incompetent call center agents. We have requested for a manager to call us back however to date we have not received any response as per the call center agents they are working from home and there is no supervisor or manager available. The agents then put you on hold and drop the call. This is an on going query where TAKEALOT was at fault!!!
The service i receive from bonitas is disgusting. They refuse to pay claims in full, there is always some issue as to why they can not pay. I would never recommend anyone to use them or change to them. Calling their call centre team is worse they are extremely rude and are not helpful!
I have bought a sneaker for R600 and the shoe is highly uncomfortable, they do have a no refund policy however it's only on the receipt which I receive after purchase. I then got told by the manager that there is nothing he can do to help at the moment but he will contact me the next day as the regional manger will be there to assist me. <br> <br> I have not received a phone call, and when I called today for feedback I got told to come tomorrow.<br> <br> This is poor customer service and they are not following proper procedure's because in their store they should have a no return sigh with their policy and not after you make you purchase.
