I bought a car in 2019 from them and 2weeks ago and 22 March 2024 i found out that the car was ******(highjacked) in February 2019 three months before i bought the car. I phoned the salesperson and informed him of what has happened as the car has been impounded and wanted to know what the way forward is. I got send from post to pillar and still today the salesperson neither management has got back to me with regards to them reimbursing me from loosing the car and neither for reimbursing me for the inconvenience that is caused because of this. I regret purchasing a car from them.
Abdull does not want to take back an item i bought two days ago. The thing is still in the box and has not been used or even opened. He said that he has a policy that states he cant take back goods or even refund me but when i ask that he send me a copy of his terms and conditions he kept on saying sorry i don't have that policy.
