TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD CUSTOMER ATTITUDE

My offices contacted the above mentioned company to clean my office carpets on Wednesday 08 June 2015 however the guy arrived almost an hour late and still had a terrible attitude regarding payment which was not confirmed that it would be cash upfront. I own a business and meticulous paperwork is a necessity for me. A tax invoice or even a proper invoice was not issued instead I got a piece of paper saying C/C and the amount that I needed to pay without any company details or anything confirming that the carpets were cleaned. when I questioned him about it he became rude and defensive and started swearing at me using profusely vulgar languages which is totally unacceptable as a business in this nature is mainly through word of mouth however treating a customer like this is totally unacceptable. Please do not use these people as they are rude, arrogant and very abrupt. Rather find someone else to render your services
