I sent through my claim and every week when I call in to follow up I’m told a different story. Today I spoke to a guy call Ntsako he said there was an issue with the documents and they had to return it to the assessor to fix.. it looks like the agents are taught to lie to clients!!!! The worst part there is no communication from liberty to the clients!!! Pathetic service!!!!
My son went to a GP regarding a keloid on his ear which is giving him an infection he was there after referred to an ENT specialist of which the authorization was approved by discovery! now he needs to be operated we are told that "keloids are an exclusion on my plan" 1. My argument is why was the authorization approved for him to see a specialist and now that the specialist needs to perform an operation I’m now told that it can’t be approved as it’s an exclusion (how was it approved before if it is really an exclusion). This was supposed to be declined from the beginning as we did mention that he has a growing keloid of which it is an exclusion! the explanation given does not make any sense will be escalating this further. exclusions must be excluded / declined from the plan.
I have pleaded with this lady to pay back my money since the 24th of July 2019 and today is the 13th August 2019 till to date my money is not paid back. I gave her all necessary documentation and banking details. All she does is ignore my calls What a disappointment Wilma Van Nieuwenhuizen is a scam Pay back my money it doesn’t belong to you!
On the 3rd of July i was involve in an accident with one of the fidelity guard trucks ... truck registration ZHG 066 GP was offloading its staff, so one of the guards opened the truck door @ the back and it slammed into my left passenger door... which left my window broken and side mirror even my door was damaged... on the 4th i went to their office to claim and Logan Pillay asked if he should fix my car with his funds... I asked him if is that how he speaks to people and he kept yelling... I called their claims department spoke to Susan Van Niekerk she told me to forward her some documents including quotation which i did... <br> From the 13-07-2015 ive been calling to find out if she received the documents all I've been told is that her email is not working and still recently i haven't heard from them.... <br> My car is the only form of transport i have and i work @ night cant use public transport... I cant report to work as i do not know how to get to work....<br> <br> Please assist as this is taking very long... I'm a single parent and i depend on this car...
