Jewelry not sterling silver as claimed but stainless steel! Item looks like *******. Marli wants me to pay the courier fee back to China in order to get refunded! That after what she has done, is *****. Beware. Do not order from that website. She takes no ownership of conning customers.
Absolutely pathetic. Zaheera the manager is absolutely useless. Staff beyond incompetent. Transaction does not go through and receipt cannot be printed out due to “slow system”. Blazé attitude. Wasting our time and does not get it that we can NO LONGER WAIT!! We have an appointment which cannot be moved. Train your staff to be more competent! And to come up with solutions when they encounter problems like these!! Not to just blame “the system” and say “sorry we cannot do anything”. Shocking! After waiting for how long, we told them to e-mail us the receipt and left with our goods. Why should this be our problem to solve?
Pathetic. Package was delivered at wrong address, despite VERY clear address instructions. When I called them, Roché and Zane and others spoke to me, taking the phone over from the idiotic driver. The call was ended three times and when I asked WHERE they had delivered the parcel, I got silence!! Takealot, Stellenbosch, your people are stupid and useless. They sounded high or drunk on the phone. I am still waiting to ascertain where my parcel was delivered?!!!!! Please stay away from Takealot! Their drivers are beyond uesless and cannot read a simple address. I want my money back!
This store’s service has deteriorated dramatically over the last year. 16:00 today (Friday) and only one till open, nobody to be seen on the floor, and one employee sitting on her chair, doing nothing, and chatting to the the lady operating the only till that is open. I buy three plants, and I am told I cannot take them to my car in the basket, as “baskets are not allowed outside”. No alternative is proposed, so I carry two plants to my car at a time, and come back to fetch the third one from the till. When I then tell the lady (who is still sitting on her chair next to the till lady, doing absolutely nothing) that the least she could do is to either help customers on the floor or assist by helping customers carry goods to their cars/offering to assist by means of a trolley, she stares at me for a long time, and then tells me she is supposed to assist at the front desk, and points in that direction.... Builder’s Express Stellenbosch, you are failing your loyal customers. This is not the first time. Every single time I go there, there is no floor assistance, and only one open till. The lazy attitude and unwillingness to help customers is tangible throughout the whole store. None of my colleagues or friends have anything good to say about this store anymore. Sadly, if this continues, this will be another business which will close its doors...
