As I live on a small holding and not in town I placed an order online for dinner plates, side plates and bowls. When the parcel arrived and I opened it 2 of the plates and 2 of the bowls were chipped. I immediately sent an email with proof and said that I was disappointed in the quality check before items are shipped and what are the next steps. I was then told that I can return the goods to any store for a refund or exchange. Now that defeats the purpose of online shopping and also is an inconvenience to the customer when the supplier is clearly at fault. After sending another mail to them stating this I have not had a response. Not impressed and definitely will not be ordering from them again
We as humans are quick to log a complaint, discredit a business or create a negative post when something goes wrong. What we don't do enough of is give credit where credit is due. If you are looking for professionalism, a very clean salon, a delicious cup of coffee when you arrive, the most smoothing hair wash and massage then you need to visit The Hair Team and Beauty Studio in Alberton, Randhart. Monique is not only one of the most friendliest hairdressers that I have ever been too, she listens to your request, her knowledge about hair and products is phenomenal. She brings new meaning to the phrase "Wow look at me now" when she is done with your hair. She is also one of the first that I have come across that when you give her the indication of the amount to cut she does not double that. Thank you for your service which at times could be a thankless job but you take so much pride in what you do.
It is very rare today that you receive this level of service and also is it very rare that people give credit where credit is due. Thank you to Velde and his team for the incredibly quick service received with installation of invertor and batteries even though they are so busy. Thank you to this team for tidying and cleaning up afterwards and leaving everything looking impeccable. The end result looks so neat. Your price was so reasonable compared to any other quotes received and once again shows there is someone out there not trying to become rich overnight and take advantage of the situation we find ourselves in by having to install this equipment. One of the best experiences I have had from a service provider. If you are looking for professional, speedy and successful deals, this is the one for you. Arrived lunch time to look at a vehicle and test drive. Day a half later, I drove out with the entire deal concluded. Most impressive was the check sheet that they go through the vehicle with you when you collect it. From interior to exterior, from front lights to back lights are checked and ticked off with you. Xandri went out of her way to ensure that I got the best deal from the bank and that I was informed every step of the way. Thank you to this dealership for restoring my faith in dealerships. I will definately be back for my next vehicle
Order #113911954 - On 18th Sept I ordered a UPS for router to keep me connected during loadshedding as my job requires me to work from home full time. It was delivered on the 20th Sept. The same day I scheduled a return via the app as I ordered the 12v instead of the 9v. My mistake and fully accept responsibility. I am informed it will be picked up by the 3rd party courier company on the 22nd. Called takealot again on the 23rd after courier told me they had no instruction to collect. Takelot re-schedules it for pickup on the 27th. Today the 29th still no pickup and and no instruction to courier company. Takelot wants to just reschedule again. I will not be refunded until collected, then from courier hub to Takealot hub and assessed etc which could take another 7 - 10 days after pickup. I cannot order the correct one until refunded. This is unacceptable especially since we have another order here that was delivered but is wrong. We ordered 9kg auto washing powder, they deliver hand wash. Scheduled exchange nearly 3 weeks ago and still has not been collected and when we complained they wanted pics to see what the product is and to determine if they have exchange stock available. Really this is delay tactics as you have my order on the system and can see for yourself what the product is. This after we were given the run around with the exchange too. Service delivery is non-existent. I have never experienced this with Takelot and am now at the end of my tether and escalating options.
What professional, friendly service I received from Adam Sekgabi. He continued to follow up with me until he was satisfied that I was sorted. Thank you Adam. We are quick to approach social media when we do not get service or are unhappy but we forget to say thank you and give credit where credit is due when we are satisfied. So once again thank you for your swift assistance.
Very seldom do we come and thank a company or give them the credit that is due. I would like to thank Sean and his very professional team for going the extra mile to ensure we get connected out in the sticks. 3 Months and I cannot complain about the stability of the line or any hidden costs etc. The service has been outstanding. Yesterday I ordered online and expected my delivery next week and it stated 7 working days. Lo and behold I have just received my order. What superb service delivery. Thank you
Thank you for your prompt and effortless service during the installation of my WIFI. You have gone out of your way to assist me, even though I do not have direct line of sight, you made it happen. And so far so good. I am receiving exactly what I am paying for. Much more than I can say for other WIFI companies being used in our area.
My first on line shopping experience for delivery, has been disastrous and I definately will not be using it again. I placed the order on the 6th March 2019 and paid delivery fees. The status showed that I would receive my goods within 3 - 5 working days. On the 22nd March still no goods and no explanation. After numerous phone calls on the 22nd and 24th March, I am promised that it would be delivered on the 25th. Morning of the 26th I am eventually contacted by the gentleman who was suppose to contact me since the 22nd already. He says my delivery will be here during the course of the day. It's now the 27th and still nothing. The reason I ordered on line and paid for delivery is because I could not manage a trip to the Makro at the time. Well I might as well of waited and then gone past Makro myself and would of had it by now.
