Total disregard for a customer!

We contacted Daniella about 3 weeks ago for a quote on vehicle branding. She responded requesting that we go to her so she could get the vehicle specs which we did. Upon arrival a colleague advised us that she was at Northgate perhaps shopping. We left our details but needless to say she didn't contact us! A week later we drove to her again and she took the vehicles specs and all our details and promised to send us a quote which we are still waiting on. Yesterday we drove again to her and not even an apology was offered. She again to took our details and promised to send us a quote by close of business which we are still waiting on. When I asked why she hadn't contacted us she claimed to have had email issues when then I asked her why she didn't pick up the phone and let me know to which her response was a blank look! Signs @Cost came highly recommended to me but unfortunately your admin person does not do the business justice!
