Horrific customer service , I have been asked to escalate to complaints however to no avail... the issue was resolved ..however they are now contacting me again and threatening to interrupt my services. I have asked them to check previous correspondence to see that this was resolved however they state to not have access to previous correspondence... absolutely atrocious customer service, borderline harassment..if I could give a 0 rating I would !
I have always been asked to wait whenever I went there... Even to the point of being late for work, however today I was 20 min late... I was told I can't be seen to.... There was no one on the chairs doing their nails, there were 4 empty seats for pedicures..... The receptionist is rude, not accommodating and needs to tone down on the attitude...
I have called in on several occasions,spoke to nokwanda mpuncosi, TL NIcholas Chetty ,sibusiso Nkosi , TL toitsioni seutane, ntombizanele lethane and finally spoke to her manager itumeleng lethane.. he was very unhelpful and kept lifting the mouthpiece on the headset up and down confirming that he was not even paying attention to my query and eventually dropped the call on me leaving my query unanswered and 1 hour wasted on the phone to useless cell c representatives!<br> I have reached my wits end with cell c and cannot continue any longer being billed incorrectly and not given a chance to even query and sort it out! My experience will be posted in the paper and all social media sites as well as consumer watch and the ombudsman! !!
I chose a garment which had 2 attached to 1 hanger, when i got to the counter the teller scaned it twice, when asking the teller why,he said they are 2 separate items, the person incharge of the department (Bimla) was really arrogant ,did not apologise and passed the buck onto the person packing and after telling her that its misleading customers she became sarcastic,the manager of the store did nothing to rectify the issue aswell
