The staff, amazing, they make you feel important, they are professional, they are kid friendly...and my family and I loved being there Now, their ribs, I am so in love with their ribs. I never used to order ribs, even when I got there I did not order ribs, but my daughter let me taste hers, and I was hooked. They are the best I have ever tasted.
This complaint is actually about both Vodacom and Vodasure.<br> I took my cellphone to Vodacom for repairs, but as it was water damaged, they could not repair it, so a claim was sent to Vodasure Insurance for replacement. Vodasure is REFUSING to replace my phone as it apparently has a different IMEI number to the one issued by Vodacom as the damaged phone. I am no longer sure where to go to as this is my business phone and I have been without it from the 16th/07/2015. I have told Vodasure that I do not deal with IMEI numbers and do not understand why I should be calling back and forth between Vodacom and Vodasure as they are supposed to sort this between themselves, Vodacom supplies the phones, and they deal with IMEI numbers, I would like this to be sorted ASAP please. I pay for my insurance, have never missed a payment, I deserve to be treated fairly.<br> An agent at Vodacom promised that all will be sorted, that was on Monday the 27th/07/2015 and an agent at Vodasure promised to get back to me on Friday the 31st, till today, no one is coming back to me.<br> I need a phone as in yesterday
