Refusal to refund to me
South Africans beware of the company called Baptista Slabs and Concrete situated in Krugersdorp. They ate dishonest when doing business with their customers. You will pay money like I did and they will not do the work as agreed. It's almost 6 months that I have been fighting to get my money but only get bad attitude from their offices. Be very careful if you do business with Baptista Slabs because you will fall as a victim like me. <br> <br> I have reported to matter to Speak Out and they will be exposed soon on National television. <br> <br> All customers of Baptista who have complaints should contact me on this number 0737486991.

Unfreeze accounts
My accounts were put on hold and I receive a court order for my accounts to be unfrozen. I have called CCS Legal department and emailed all necessary documentsbut still the matter is not resolved. <br> <br> Can I get a response on this matter as I have to pay my bills urgently. Baptista is owing me R63000 for work not done
I regret doing business with Baptista Slabs. The company owes me R63000 for work not done and are refusing me to refund me. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. They made me pay R4500 to an Engineer who spend only 5 minutes at the site. Till today I m still waiting for the Engineer to check if slab was done correctly and get a certificate. Customer please be aware of this company called Baptista Slabs. You will be robbed your hard savings for no work. You pay them you get stress and end up in hospital for work not done. This company is owned by crooks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BAPTISTA SLABS MY FELLOW SOUTH AFRICANS. LOOK FOR ANOTHER BETTER COMPANY IF YOU NEED SLABS.

Poor client service
I paid Baptista Slabs R96500.00 for ribs, blocks, installation and concrete on the 08 June 2015. I was told that all work will be completed within six weeks. Its almost 11 weeks and the work is incomplete. I have been phoning their offices and even sending emails but till to date what I have got is empty promises. To all other customer this is not the kind of experience you want to encounter in your life. I have now taken the matter to Consumer Council and Speak Out (TV show on SABC 2). Do business with Baptista Slabs at your our risk.
