Hybrid Africa Fraudsters!
We appointed Hybrid Africa and paid a deposit to secure the steel price in October 2017, this was not done. They were supposed to manufacture and deliver the steel, this was not done. building plans approval were delayed, and the Architect was changed. After the plans were approved several months later we informed they could start erecting on the plinths, this was not done. We engaged them contractually, and they came to erect a few columns for just one day! They do not respond to our emails and do not answer our calls or messages, so we threatened with legal action. they came for one more day and erected a few more columns, and were not seen again!! we are 3 months behind schedule, have lost our tenant and cannot market further due to their non-performance. DO NOT EVER USE THEM EVEN IF THEY ARE CHEAPER!

Poor workmanship on swimmingpool!
We appointed Homexterior to do our swimmingpool. After 6 months the creepy stops working. I serviced it and still stops after about a minute. I noticed air bubbles coming out of the aimflow and reported it to Brent from Homexterior. I had no response. I sent messages with images, emails, phone calls and eventually i got hold of him through phoning from an unknown landline number, a team reported a crack in the pump housing which they sent for repairs. There was an argument about the warranty which they didnt want to uphold and got it back after 2 months - His reason 'oops its been lying here for a month!?'<br> I phoned Brent to report the problem is still not resolved, the creepy is still not working and the air lock still forms with bubbles out the aim flow, and he will say, call you right back... But after so many attempts to get hold of him still no joy.<br> We have to manually sweep the pool and try and suck the masses of dust to get it clean, not fun!<br> There is no commitment to stick to the promisses of the sales pitch. The owner doesnt even respond?<br> I am reverting to legal action now, but didnt want anyone else to go through the same efforts just to get the poor workmanship fixed.
