Poor Service

Is this the type of service ProbBono clients get for being poor. I obtained Klinkenberg Attorneys details from a poster at the magistrate's court roodepoort. My aunt left numerous messages for them to call. On 25 August 2015 a Tamille finally phoned. My aunt gave as much details about the case as possible and Tamille informed my aunt that she will speak to a colleague of hers and come back to my aunt by the close of business that same day. Till today (31 August 2015) is there no clarity if they will attend to my matter that will be heard on 18 September 2015. The protection of myself and my little boy lie in their hands and I'm not sure if they will attend to my matter.
