I placed an online order on 16/12 & requested delivery for 18/12. When I had still not received my delivery by 21/12 I sent an e-mail querying it. I received a phone call to say there was a system problem which would be referred to the IT dept. & the lady promised to get back to me to advise when I would receive delivery. I'm still waiting. On 22/12 my credit card was debited with a further amount which I did not authorize. When I checked my online order on Woolworths website my purchase amount had suddenly gone up from R1964,79 to R2233,64. I sent an e-mail querying this, I received a very unsatisfactory reply & have still not received my goods or been told when they will be delivered or why there was an additional charge.
