Online store- fake business/unreliable business. The website seems legitimate. I placed an order for over R1000 for a gift. I followed up after expected delivery date. No response to any any of my emails other than an automated response. There is no answer at the contact number provided. It’s been a month since order was placed and I haven’t heard anything. The
<p>We had problems with the moving company we'd booked and paid a deposit to. Arant Int confirmed they could make a plan and could be there by 14:30. They kept asking for more and more detailed inventories notwithstanding that when they first asked for one I said I would book with another company as we weren't in a position to do so as all our stuff was packed up and we didn't want to deal with too much admin. Nevertheless, once booked and paid, the time of the truck kept being delayed, once we paid it was confirmed the truck would be there by 15:00. This changed to 15:30 then to 16:00 then to 18:00. After 17:00 they insitsted again they needed an exact itinerary (we had sent two rough ones already) which we did and then just before 18:00 they said the truck is too small and the right size truck could be there in the morning. We said just send us the truck that is supposedly on its way as it should be there in 10 mintues anyway and we'll take through whatever is left ourselves. The consultant was extremely rude and arrogant stating that we had "messed everyone around" all day and that we were lucky they weren't charging us more to come on a Sunday. He then said they would be there before 07:00 and they arrived after 08:30. The movers themselves were good, our fridge was scratched but no other complaints.</p>
<p>Truck was scheduled for 10:30. By 12:00 we had made numerous calls and emails which were unanswered. When we eventually spoke to the driver he said they were in Springs and would be there around 15:00. When we spoke to the manager he said they were stuck in a job in JHB CBD. We cancelled the service as a result of the failure of the truck to arrive on time. We only ended up moving the next day with another company that also messed us around. We're still awaiting our refund of the 60% deposit paid.</p>
My husband has a lifelong family national membership, which contract was entered into at the Roodepoort branch. I gym with him with a black tag. Essentially we gym at Roodepoort in the week and Craighall on weekends. The duration of the life-long contract was disputed by Planet Fitness a few months ago, after the dispute was resolved and the membership re-instated the main records were not updated correctly to reflect national membership (even though Roodpoort's records are correct now and reflect a national membership). <br> <br> After several attempts to have the Roodepoort branch and Craighall branch contact each other to correct the same, we got a letter to give to Craighall regarding the re-reinstatement on a national basis from Roodepoort's manager. <br> <br> This has still not been resolved, even though this has been discussed with both managers on several occasions, where both gyms promised to call the other gym to sort it out. Most of the Craighall staff recognize us now and let us in, as this has been going on for months. We have been treated rudely and told to sort this out ourselves by both gyms many times.
