AWAIT REFUND FROM JULY 2015

I ordered tutorial material for my Unisa studies earlier this year and it never arrived. I paid R 350,00 for this. I was not notified of the fact that there may be a problem in delivery of the material or anything. I approached Gr Tutorials via email and was advised on 24 July 2015 that they would refund me on Monday the 27 July 2015. We are now at 14 September 2015 and I am still waiting form my refund. They just ignore my emails completely, as well as my telephone calls. I get no response from the whatsoever. I have sent my banking details to them twice already.
