Delayed Refund

We have been waiting for weeks for our refund to be processed. They are unprofessional, use sms language in e-mails, keep promising to send confirmation of payment yet nothing and ignore requests for a formal letter confirming the process. Worst supplier I have ever dealt with. I certainly will not be getting anything ever again from this company.
